For as long as I can remember, I have always had a fascination with our emotions and what makes us tick and continually feel drawn to the power of our minds and the mind/body connection.
I have a deep-rooted belief, (however much my life may have tried to sway me from it along the way), that the mind holds the answers to our health and well being.
