For as long as I can remember, I have always had a fascination with our mind and our emotions and I have a deep-rooted belief that the mind holds the answers to our health and well being.
I was drawn to seek a Hypnotherapist myself after reaching a crossroads in my life. It was a life changing experience for me and this only fuelled my fascination with the mind’s healing power.
I went on to take my Neuro Linguistic Programming Practitioner training, I investigated further areas such as healing energy and Reiki. I have experienced first hand Chinese medicine and acupuncture, and believe in its philosophy of supplying what the body needs to enable it to heal itself naturally.
This then led me to undertake extensive training in Hypnotherapy and Solution Focused Psychotherapy, I then went on to gain further experience to become an EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) practitioner and a Matrix Reimprinting Practitioner, & Reiki Healing.
I then went on to do more training to become a Matrix Birth Reimprinting Practitioner, a Life Purpose Practitioner and I then did further training in EMDR.
How great it now feels to know that we actually have the ability to control and utilise our own mind beneficially and to our advantage. We in fact have the ability to control our own thoughts, rather than our thoughts controlling us!
I believe that our minds and bodies are amazing, and naturally strive for the balance, harmony and equilibrium that will help heal themselves, whatever the problem.
Significant, positive and lasting changes can be achieved in a relatively short period of time in often as little as one or two sessions.
Every person is unique and completely individual , so each session is tailored to them personally I am committed to helping others realise that the answers they seek lie within themselves and to be able to move forwards to achieve goals that before seemed so out of reach.
I remain endlessly fascinated with the subject, and continue to develop and add to my skills through more training, and on a daily basis use the tools and knowledge I have gained to help others and continue my own personal development.
My ultimate desire is to help others realise that the answers they seek lie within them and they have the ability to be the best versions of themselves that they can be.
