EFT ( Emotional Freedom Technique) And How It Can Help You

EFT is a technique using the acupuncture meridians, almost like a kind of psychological acupressure and works by releasing blockages within our energy systems.


These blockages can challenge us emotionally and often stem from limiting beliefs and ultimately result in limiting behaviours. These can then continue throughout our lives causing us emotional ups and downs.


As a therapist I’ve often had people say to me, ” I just feel stuck” !!


This can manifest in symptoms both emotional and physical. These can range from a lack of confidence, low self esteem to different levels of anxiety, depression, addictions to name just a few.


EFT involves using the fingertips rather than needles to tap on energy meridians. It works by clearing the blockages , then shifting and releasing the energy and ultimately clearing the problems.


It’s also a great self help tool too, and can allow people to feel empowered to help themselves in their own healing.
